In case you want make a change or cancel your visit, You must notify the Reservations Department 48 hours in advance of your visit by contacting the Reservations Department via email. If you notify us less than 48 hours in advance, no refund will be issued, and the change will be subject to availability at that time.

What is the deadline for canceling the purchase or returning the horse riding service?
The buyer may request a refund up to 48 hours before the reservation date. In the event of cancellation, the full amount of the payment will be refunded.
If cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, 100% will be retained. In any case, up to three reservation changes can be made within a maximum period of one year.
In the event of a "no-show," meaning failure to show up on the day of your reservation, your reservation cannot be modified, nor will a refund be issued for the horseback riding tour. In cases where the service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to CAL ROBUSTO TURISME EQÜESTRE, 100% of the amount paid by the client will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days of notification of the cancellation.
The refund procedure will be communicated through the same means by which the horseback riding tours were purchased, and the established deadlines and procedures will be followed.
